In this one-hour, fast-paced session, authors will present on their recent articles. Additional oral abstract speakers will discuss research, and 10 minutes are reserved for audience questions.

Learning Objectives:

At the conclusion of this presentation, participants should be able to:
  1. Evaluate the value of drug-induced sleep endoscopy findings in predicting mask ventilation difficulty
  2. Implement techniques to facilitate reliable and safe fiberoptic nasal intubation
  3. Recognize the value of anesthesia simulation training for oral and maxillofacial surgery trainees
  4. Develop strategies to reduce unused opioid doses for patients undergoing outpatient third molar extractions
  5. Recognize patient drug preferences in the oral and maxillofacial surgery office
