J. David Morrison, DMD
Dr. Morrison is currently the AAOMS President after serving as President-Elect, Vice President and for six years as Trustee of District IV. He has held positions such as District IV Caucus Chair, President of the Ohio Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and the Cincinnati Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. He served in the House of Delegates for more than 20 years along with multiple civic, House and AAOMS committees. He also served as a Director on the OMS Foundation Board.

Dr. Morrison retired as the senior partner from full-time private practice in Cincinnati, Ohio, and transitioned into an academic career with an appointment as Associate Professor in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Department of Surgery, at the University of Cincinnati. Dr. Morrison is a Diplomate of ABOMS and completed his residency at Parkland Memorial Hospital. He received his DMD, the Alpha Omega Fraternity Award and was elected to the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Honor Society at the University of Kentucky.
