Dr. Fallah earned his DDS in 2009 and completed his Periodontics residency at New York University College of Dentistry in 2015. He became a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontics in 2016 and has since been practicing periodontics privately in Dallas. He has presented at esteemed conferences, such as the American Academy of Periodontology, the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, and the Academy of Osseointegration, focusing on topics related to bone grafting and implants.
