Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon
Carolina Centers for Oral and Facial Surgery-
Dr. Chad W. Dammling, DDS, MD is a board-certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon with advanced fellowship training in orthognathic and temporomandibular joint surgery. He was born and raised in Connecticut and completed his undergraduate degree in Healthcare Management at the University of Maryland. Following graduation, he went on to attend dental school at the University of Maryland School of Dentistry, where he graduated magna cum laude. He completed his residency and medical degree through a six-year integrated program at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, where he served as Chief Resident. He subsequently pursued subspecialty training at the Carolina Centers for Oral & Facial Surgery in Charlotte, North Carolina, focusing on corrective jaw surgery and TMJ disorders. He currently practices in Raleigh, North Carolina. His practice and academic interests center on advancing care pathways for patients with dentofacial deformities, obstructive sleep apnea, and upper airway resistance syndrome. In his free time, he enjoys golfing and spending time with family.
