Sarah Leath

Sarah Leath is the owner of OMS Powerhouse Consulting and DentalCare Solutions. She started working in dentistry as an assistant in the late ’80’s where she was first exposed to implant dentistry. She found her passion working in oral surgery which is where she has focused her career as a consultant since 2006. In 2017, she faced a severe mental health event within her immediate family. Going through these struggles made her realize how the dental community could impact the younger generation, as well as helping dental providers and team members with their own struggles. Sarah believes she went through her experience so she could become an advocate in the dental community to get us talking about the Unspoken Epidemic that most people would rather avoid.
She is a graduate of Indiana Univiersity and loves IU sports through the good seasons as well as the not so great seasons.
