Shahid R. Aziz, DMD, MD, FRCS(Ed), FACS, FICD

Dr. Shahid Aziz is the Division Director of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Hackensack University Medical Center and Professor at both the Hackensack Meridian School of Medicine and Rutgers School of Dental Medicine. He holds dual degrees from Harvard and Columbia and completed his OMS training at New York-Presbyterian/Columbia. A recognized expert in orthognathic surgery, trauma and cleft care, Dr. Aziz is also the co-founder of Smile Bangladesh, leading over 30 global surgical missions. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh, and an AAOMS Humanitarian Award recipient.
