Adi Katz Biton, DMD

Dr. Adi Biton, DMD, is a second year oral and maxillofacial resident at Rambam Healthcare Campus in Haifa, Israel. Born and raised in the United States, she relocated to Israel at the age of 18 for her mandatory military service and arrived with a deep sense of mission to serve her adopted country in any way possible. Beginning as a honors biology student at the Open University of Israel and went on to earn her DMD from Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

During her surgical residency, she has distinguished herself through research in cranio and maxillofacial trauma, oral oncology, orthognathic surgery, and complex oral rehabilitation - championing evidence-based and patient-centered treatment in the advancement of her specialty.

She balances her professional life with her role as a wife and mother of two, committed to demonstrating how surgical precision, career ambition, and family values can coexist and enrich each other.
