Paramjeet Kaur Sagoo, DDS, is an Assistant Clinical Professor in the Department of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at Indiana University. She is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
Dr. Sagoo completed her undergraduate education at George Mason University. She then went on to complete her dental degree at Howard University, graduating Magna Cum Laude. She completed a surgery-focused General Practice Residency at Monmouth Medical Center before matching into an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Residency at Meharry Medical College. She finished her training with a fellowship in Cleft and Craniofacial Surgery at Charleston Area Medical Center before joining academics full-time.
Dr. Sagoo's clinical practice focuses on Adult and Pediatric Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery. She is one of only two Pediatric Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons at the Riley Children's Hospital, the largest pediatric care hospital system in the state of Indiana. She is also part of the Cleft & Craniofacial Team and provides cleft care as part of a multidisciplinary approach with her PRS colleagues.
Dr. Sagoo serves on multiple committees at the various hospitals part of IU Health System. Additionally, she is a board member for the Indiana Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons (ISOMS). She also serves as a reviewer for the Cleft Palate Craniofacial Journal (CPCJ).
