For OMSs who have purchased or built their practice, solidified a referral base, honed their personnel and started to make money, it is time to pursue the next phase of career growth. This session will explain how to optimize routines, differentiate trends from value-added algorithms and discriminate contracts and relationships.

Learning Objectives:

At the conclusion of this presentation, participants should be able to:
  1. Review pearls and pitfalls of the first five years of practice ownership and recognize how the intermediate years (5-10) define the trajectory for future success.
