This session will cover various tools and strategies that, when followed or utilized, can set the AAOMS member up for success. Qualified retirement plans, such as pensions, profit-sharing plans, 401(k)s and non-qualified plans for practice owners will be discussed. Additionally, the session will cover the important of tax diversification for the long term, as well as the importance of finding the right financial advisor and crucial steps to take when approaching retirement.
