Jessica E. Canallatos, DDS, MS, is a prosthodontist and a member of the Craniofacial Team at Oishei Children’s Hospital in Buffalo, New York. She specializes in presurgical infant orthopedics, including Nasoalveolar Molding (NAM), neonatal ear molding, speech aids, final prosthetic restorations, and digital workflows for prosthetic design. Dr. Canallatos earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine and completed a specialty residency in Prosthodontics, earning a Master of Science at West Virginia University.
In addition to her hospital-based work, Dr. Canallatos also practices in a private dental office, where she provides comprehensive prosthodontic care. She is involved in research regarding NAM and PLANA and is a member of the Miles for Smiles Foundation, supporting cleft and craniofacial patients in Western New York. Dr. Canallatos has presented her expertise nationally, including at the 2024 PLANA Symposium in New York City, and her work has been published in the Journal of Prosthodontics. She is dedicated to advancing innovative care for cleft and craniofacial patients and supporting families through these life-changing treatments.
