Judy Kay Mausolf is a speaker, published author, and dental culture specialist with expertise in helping others get happier and more successful! She coaches dentists and their teams to become better leaders, communicate positively and effectively, work better together, and deliver service with more focus and passion, resulting in growing their practice.

Judy Kay is the past president of the National Speakers Association Minnesota Chapter, a longtime member of the National Speakers Association. She is recognized as a leader in consulting by Dentistry Today and a recipient of the 2024 Dr Gordon Christensen Lecturer Recognition Award. She is the author of three books, TA-DAH! Get Happy in 5 Seconds or Less, Rise & Shine; An Evolutionary Journey to Get Out of Your Way and On Your Way to Success and Delivering W.O.W. Service; People Will Forget Everything Except How You Made Them Feel! a contributing author for many dental publications. Judy Kay lives in Texas with her awesome husband Steve, who makes her special coffee every morning!
