Jay A. Shorr, BA, MBM-C, CAC I-XVI is the founder and partner of Shorr Solutions, a medical practice consulting firm assisting practices with their operational, administrative and financial health. Jay served as the Vice President of Operations and Practice Administrator for a leading Board-Certified Dermatologist and Cosmetic Surgeon in South Florida, and held partnerships in two leading South Florida plastic surgery centers in the past.

Jay served as the only non-licensed medical professional on the medical advisory board for The Aesthetic Show since 2017, and led Shorr Solutions to win the 2018, 2019, 2021 and 2024 Best Practice Management company awards from The Aesthetic Show. A veteran in the conference lecture circuit, Jay serves as an expert speaker for nearly a dozen aesthetic industry organizations and also shares his knowledge as a writer for numerous industry publications.

Jay has previously served as an advisory board member for the NHL Florida Panthers hockey club.

Jay is an adjunct instructer in the Executive Education Department at Florida Atlantic University (FAU) where he instructs for Medical Business Management and is currently on the Board of Directors of Joe DiMaggio Children's Hospital and Memorial Health System Foundation.
