Dr. Max R. Emmerling, DDS, MD, FACS is an Attending Surgeon at Cook County Health and a Clinical Assistant Professor at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine in Chicago, Illinois. He completed his Residency training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Maryland Medical Center and R Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center in Baltimore, Maryland. He completed his Dental and Medical Education at the University of Maryland, Baltimore. Dr. Emmerling's clinical and research interests primarily include maxillofacial trauma and orthognathic surgery.
