Lane T. Knight, DDS

Lane T. Knight Jr., DDS is an oral and maxillofacial surgeon who has been in private practice for 21 years. Trained at Howard University Hospital, he is a Fellow of the American Association of Oral and Maxilofacial Surgeons and an ABOMS Diplomate. He serves on the AAOMS Committee on Anesthesia and is active in education having held attending surgeon roles at Howard University Hospital and Washington Hospital Center wih a strong commitment to resident training an mentorship. He is a full scope private practitioner specializing in complex dentoalveolar procedures, dental impants, facial trauma, and orthognathic surgery. A particular area of interest for Dr. Knight is the office-based anethesia model. He focuses on anesthesia education, safety, and practical guidelines that cinicians can use to enhance their everyday practice ensuring high quality, safe patient care in the office setting.
