Orthognathic surgery focuses on the correction of skeletal malocclusion. Over the past 23 years, Dr. Shahid Aziz has completed over 2,500 orthognathic surgeries. This session will cover the evolution of Dr. Aziz’s career as an orthognathic surgeon, including case planning and preparation, surgical techniques and the impact of technological advancements on practice. Additionally, it will address the complications encountered, lessons learned and management strategies.
