Mark D. Zajkowski, DDS, MD, MBA, FACS

Dr. Mark D. Zajkowski is a private practice OMS in South Portland, Maine. After graduating from the University of Florida, he received his dental degree from The University of California, Los Angeles School of Dentistry and earned his MD after completing his OMS residency at the Massachusetts General Hospital/Harvard program in Boston. He then completed his MBA at the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Dr. Zajkowski has served as an officer as well as on the Board of Directors for the ABOMS and the Maine Dental Association and has worked with several AAOMS, ADA and Joint Commission committees. He also served as a member and chair of the Maine Board of Dental Practice. He was elected as a Director of OMSNIC on September 30, 2021. He is also a Director of Fortress and The River Agency as of January 1, 2022.
